Who you will work with
Senior practitioners, not a delivery pyramid.
Nexgen is deliberately small. Every engagement is led by someone who has carried executive accountability for national digital health services — not by a team assembled after the contract is signed.

Background
Our practitioners have led national identity and authentication services used across the Australian health sector, directed infrastructure planning and delivery for national digital health infrastructure, and led enterprise, product and platform architecture for Commonwealth health systems. That work was done under real accountability: advising ministers’ offices on delivery progress and risk, appearing in public forums, and building partnerships with every state and territory government, clinical and consumer peak bodies, software developers and healthcare providers.
Delivery record
The record includes digitising the end-to-end business value stream for a Commonwealth regulation and reimbursement transformation program; delivering an end-to-end automated digital authentication credential request process for healthcare provider organisations; cutting data collection and reporting effort by 85 per cent while lifting data quality and accuracy by 50 per cent; negotiating inter-departmental service agreements and service levels; and designing executive analytics for monitoring national system performance. Earlier commercial roles included establishing a strategic business unit targeting the health analytics market and leading product-line expansions that added $5 million in revenue.
Qualifications
An Executive Master in Governance of IT Framework and Principles, graduate certificates in Applied Data Analytics and Digital Transformation, a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Computer Science with Honours. Professional certifications include ITIL 4 Strategist (Direct, Plan and Improve), Service Integration and Management, and certified data scientist, alongside formal training in service design and a Commonwealth executive digital transformation program.

How we staff engagements
The practitioner who scopes your work is the practitioner who does it. Where an engagement needs additional specialist depth — clinical informatics, security architecture, data engineering or change leadership — we bring in named associates from a standing network, disclosed to you before they start, and held to the same standards of independence and candour set out in our policies.

No account manager, no pitch team. Thirty minutes is enough to know whether Nexgen is the right fit for the problem in front of you.
