Short, public and binding. If any of these matter to an engagement, raise them before we start and we will put the aACTer in writing.
Conflict of interest
Nexgen discloses any actual, potential or perceived conflict of interest before accepting an engagement. Our practitioners do not accept work from, or relating to, organisations or matters connected with any concurrent employment, and do not use information obtained in any official capacity.
Independence
Nexgen accepts no commissions, referral fees or reseller margins from technology vendors. Advice on platforms, products and suppliers is given on the merits, and any associate or partner relationship relevant to an engagement is disclosed in writing.
Privacy
Nexgen collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries and deliver engagements, stores it securely in Australia, and does not share it with third parties except as required to deliver agreed work or by law. Enquiries sent through this website go to info@nexgenaus.com.au and are not used for marketing.
Security and confidentiality
Client material is handled in accordance with the classification and handling requirements of the client, and our practitioners hold current Australian Government security clearances. Engagement terms include confidentiality obligations that survive the engagement.
